I put 1 star because i couldn't put zero stars. After taking over 15 days to approve a transmission replacement ox care refused to pay the shop for the repairs that they finally authorized due to the fact that after such horrible service i decided to cancel the extended warranty. When we contacted them they said that if i reinstated the contract they would pay the claim. Instead they opened a whole new contract and again refused to pay the original claim that they did authorize. Stay away from this scam of a company
