Have paid policy for 23 months put first claim for auto repair December 18, 2024, waited 1 month and have not heard whether claim approved or denied and it took over a month to get paid on a oil change claim. When I call OX claim department stated waiting on additional information transferred to customer service and was told claim had been denied.
