I ordered 2 pairs of jeans for same day delivery from Zara on Wednesday 9th Feb 2022. The parcel was due to be delivered between 20:00-21:30. at 21:42 I received an email from the courier company Paack Company to say that the driver missed me.
This was not the case as I didn't hear the buzzer for my flat go or receive a phone call from the driver to say that they were outside and for me to meet them to collect.
I rescheduled my order to be delivered for Thursday 10th Feb 2022 between the hours of 18:00-20:00. The same thing happened, I received an email shortly after 18:00 to say I missed the driver. In this instance, I had reached out to Paack Company directly and asked for the driver to call me on arrival. Once again, no one buzzed my flat or called me I rescheduled again for today, 11th Feb 2022 for the parcel to be delivered between 18:00-20:00. I sat my the front window overlooking the main road and entrance to the building for 2.5 hours. No one showed. I then received an email to say that they've my parcel to the retailer, after not having attempted to deliver to me the third time!
This is unacceptable, deeply infuriating and horrendous service.
