I ordered an expensive chromebook for next day delivery on Amazon that i needed fpr work and the delivery driver just never came and lied saying that i wasnt home.
They also did this 10mins before they close their office so i could not complain and contact them.
Avoid them at all costs.”

“Absolute terrible experience and now my package has been returned to sender which contained birthday and christmas presents. They claimed they had tried to deliver but i was home at the time the indicated. I then contacted them numerous times to try and find out a date of delivery, i cannot remain at home everyday just in case, i work, have to take children to school etc. They told me they had no idea, but there will be a delay. After some time I realized that they opened the box from the bottom and closed again with their tape and stole one item from the box. You can check the type of company simply by visiting their website and trying to contact them. I have read multiple comments about delays, but in my case, it shows as delivered while I was at home. After a 'rescheduled' day, I received the message saying 'delivered' and a prompt to rate them from 1 to 5 stars, and that has been the extent of the communication—no calls, no contact options, nothing.”
“If I could give 0 star that even wouldn’t describe this company …. They sent a message the package is delivered .. but we checked the cameras they never even passed by our address. Costumer service doesn’t even read the message properly I sent. Asking the same questions.. that I already explained. I wait until Monday if any news comes from them.. They gave my mom’s order to a stranger while she was waiting for delivery in our apartment all day long.
I found out that her order was “delivered” only when we got email from Paack.
When I complained they sent me invoice with false information, it had someone’s signature and someone’s DNI number, those are not belong to any of us.
Hard to reach a real person, they have chatbot but it is not helpful.”
“I think this company is fake or made to disappoint people, as every other review they failed to deliver my package multiple times without even contacting me in anyway and sending an email saying they tried to contact me when they did not, no calls or messages, they could’ve even sent it to a shop for me to pick up and I would’ve been grateful. instead of being able to contact them you can only wait in some loop until they keep failing to the point you have to refund, why is Nike using this company it’s easily the worst service that doesn’t tick one box. If paack is responsible for your delivery, good luck”
