Dirty company !PAACK! and sent email saying item was delivered but was not. this happened two times. Item was from ZARA. Lost confidence in ZARA. PAACK claimed to have taken photo. Yes of my front door!!! without me in picture. THIEVES. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM!!! Zara are bunch of b*'s too. they know what's happening and they have done nothing to rectify courier so called service. they do not deserve ! star. it should br minus stars for both companies!!! nasty bunch.
