My parcel was left outside in front of the door in central London, so no surprise it was stolen by the time I got home. It's careless when they could so easily have at least hidden it round the corner, left a note or left it with a neighbour. If you leave a parcel outside someone's house it also leaves a clear indication that no one is in for any other opportunists. I had to argue my case with Zara that I didn't have the parcel to get my money back, this caused a lot of stress and now the item's out of stock so Paack has completely wasted my time. They finally sent me the pick below to show it was delivered which is even more frustrating to see exactly how they left it and think that's acceptable to not even check someone is in!
