El segundo afirmó que no podían encontrar mi dirección... pero ¿habrías pensado que me habrían llamado por teléfono para pedirme direcciones? He solicitado a Zooplus.es que envíe el paquete con una mensajería más fiable como Seur o Correos Express. ¡Servicio realmente pobre!
So far Paack have missed two dates for delivery of a parcel. The first reason was recorded as a logistics problem. The second claimed they could not find my address.... but you would have thought they would have telephoned me for directions? I have requested Zooplus.es to send the package with a more reliable courier such as Seur or Correos Express. Really poor service!
