I wish i cold give -5 stars. This is the worst delivery company I have ever experienced. They never inform you when they will deliver your package, tracking only stating 9h-22h then you wait whole day at home and no one comes! Do not use them ever and don’t let them waste your time like they have wasted mine. Use CTT in Portugal 110% better service and time management. Paack is a Sad excuse for a delivery company!
