Awful company! The first parcel of mine that they were meant to deliver, I paid extra for 24 hour delivery but they kept saying that they attempted the delivery but that I was absent, even though I work from home and sit next to the door all day. The second parcel they were meant to deliver, they keep rescheduling it for no apparent reason, even though I needed the items a week ago. Awful, awful, awful.
