First time I've dealt with them and I hope it's the last too! Order placed on Aliexpress on 12/04, cleared through customs and entrusted to paack on 25/04. Since then I have been waiting for the package to be delivered. Countless emails they respond to with "we're sorry, we're taking care of it" and I'm pretty sure they'll respond to this review the exact same way. If you need to ship, DO NOT RELY ON THEM. If you have to receive a package instead, PRAY.
After "only" 19 reminders via email, they thought well of marking the shipment as "delivered", without obviously there having been a real delivery... I have already issued a warning via certified e-mail and if I don't see my package , I will report everything to the local authorities.
