I have never actually received an order that arrives within a week or even arrives at all in Milan from Paack. I ordered a lot of items from Zara Home on the 3rd of January, 27 days ago (a large sum of money has been taken out of my account) and none of parcels have arrived. I have contacted Paack and I received very rude emails asking me to patient, you cannot ask someone to be patient when they have paid for a service and it has nearly been a month of waiting. Furthermore no explanation has been given to why the parcels are delayed. My last order that I ordered in November took two months to arrive, what is going on? Very disappointed.
