The service I received from Magda Tobjasz, the agent in Mexico, was excellent, careful and patiently explained answers to my questions were given and an alternative insurance policy suggested to most effectively cover my needs for a stay in Latin America. The range of companies they deal with allowed a wide variety and flexibility in coverage.
