I am 5'9", 165 lbs., and the jersey and bibs (both size Large) fit me perfectly. During a 4-hour ride, I thought about a lot of things but not the fit of this kit. Jersey and Bibs were very comfortable. It was a moderately warm day, and the fabric did a great job of wicking moisture away.
