My experience with Pactimo has been good so far, but limited to just a couple of purchases. Just a warning ... if you are returning an item and plan to purchase another item instead (even if a different product), do your return FIRST, because you'll get a shipping credit, even though Pactimo's website indicates that you have to be returning for the same product in a different size. I did my new purchase first, then my return.
