First time customer. I've purchase several brands of cycling shorts over my 18 year cycling career. I was recommended this brand by a friend. I purchased the Summit Classic size small. The shorts started to fall apart after first use. (30 mile ride). I contacted customer service. They told me they would send me a replacement in 1 week. 2 weeks went by and I had to follow up with them. They still didn't have any in stock. I wore the shorts a 2nd time and they Fell apart even more. Customer service - we went back & forth on email for days, weeks, months, for resolution, me asking for 6 weeks when they will get my size back in stock, or if they could send me a different size. Which they never answered the questions. Weeks would go by and they wouldn't respond to emails, after I sent several asking for an update. After two months of waiting on a resolution they decided to ignore me completely. When I diputed the charge with my bank (for lack of resolution and defective product) Pactimo sent me a nasty & rude email. Terrible company. Would never do business with this operation.
