I run hot and I’m a big sweater, so I thought I would give this base layer a try as it’s been very well reviewed. After a few uses with a mesh jersey I’m still undecided if it’s actually cooler? At times it feels cool, but other times it doesn’t seem to help as much. It’s likely because it’s very individual based on how hot you run? Nice garment, high quality, good to add to the wardrobe. I’m 6’ 183 lbs. I can wear both the med and large just depends on how tight you like it.
