Great products and great service. The sizing has been a bit tough to figure out because cycling clothing requires a very particular fit. I'm still not 100% sure I'm wearing the best fitting bib shorts, but they seem to work. Customer service has been great for exchanges to find the right size. Products are a step up from the big brand clothing I had been wearing. I especially love the Storm+ series for riding in cold wet weather, and I like that items are shared across a series. However, sometimes I find that Pactimo will have multiple similar products and it's unclear the difference, like rain jackets.
