I have recently purchased the pain pod heat. While I love the heat function, there are a couple of limitations. The device is too big to put in your pocket and because it is very touch sensitive it is easy to change the settings by mistake. The size of the pad limits where you can use the device. I was hoping to be able to use it on my neck and shoulders and did email pain pod to check if it was suitable for those areas, but it does not sit well there. I still love using it and the heat really makes a difference compared to my other pain pod device.
