I've recently purchased a Pain Pod.I have been focusing on using it for neck tightness and shoulder pain, and after 5 uses am so far very impressed with it's effectiveness. I am hoping that in time it will assist in significantly improving discomfort from frozen shoulder. I believe , on results so far, that it well may. It has handy having the additional smaller pods in the combination pack.
