Hello there, From my previous purchase with pain pod, the product/item that I am not satisfied with this the shoulder wrap garnment. I also reached out to Trish to enquire if i could exchange this item for another pain pod item for the same value. I have only used it once to experience it, but it wasn't getting the same pain relief as I am receiving by using the individual pain pod pads the large rectangle ones and the hand like pads. These individual pads and the knee wrap are the 2 items that I use most frequently as these items work the best for me and that I am so grateful that I have for pain relief without having to use any medications.
