Palmetto State has had both quality issues and poor customer service since its beginning. I have spent lots of money with them over the years and have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt to no avail.
on 3/15 I ordered and paid for an optic. Email on 3/16 says delivery on 3/17. 3/17 comes I receive another email indicates package is late. "Track my package" indicates item has not even left PSA.
Fast forward to 3/21 optic still at PSA. So I call at 9am & automated attendant tells me to call during normal business hours (I cannot make this stuff up). So another call at 0930 and finally talk with someone who tap dances around until I ask him point blank has the optic even shipped. No it hasn't and no idea when it will. I ask for a refund. Could not get one, says they operate by email. Then I get an email from them authorizing me to RETURN THE ITEM FOR A REFUND. So I replied confirming the item has not left their premises.
If I don't have a refund from them by close of business I will be forced to take further action.
