I will never make another purchase with PSA. I purchased a CZ Shadow 2 Compact that came with magazines that were to be pinned by my FFL (due to 10 round restrictions). PSA removed the mags before shipping and sent a firearm with no mags. When I called and offered a Pa. address for shipping I was informed that the order was closed - no returns - no alternate shipping of the magazines. You have to review their policy for each state online before purchasing. They manipulate the discrepancies in state laws to advance windfall profits because you can be sure they sold those magazines elsewhere already.
