A total disgrace of an outfit. Placed an order on 12/21/2024 and still yet shipped the item (as of 01/07/2025). Yet, my credit card was charged immediately and have yet to ship the item 2 and a half weeks later!!!! I have made numerous calls to “customer service” only to receive condescending puppet responses, and a “i will email them immediately and get right back to you”. Well, you guessed it, NO response. I just ordered another firearm from Grab A Gun, and guess what????? IT SHIPPED WITHIN 24 hours. If you like getting ‘spun around by clowns in a circus” you have the right ticket here for that.!! They ask for photos to be placed in their ‘reviews’, guess what!?!? YOU NEVER SHIPPED MY ITEM TO BE ABLE TO TAKE PHOTOS OF IT!!! Time to call my states AGs office and maybe contact the Federal level as well. Good luch to you if you choose to buy here.
