I've been a customer since 2018 and have spent THOUSANDS there. February of 2024 i bought a 5.7 and the matching ammo to go with it. They sent the gun to my FFL and the ammo to the wrong address. I contacted them about it and they got Fed-Ex to contact me, I never did get the $125.00 of ammo due to their mistake. After a month with no resolution I filed a claim with my VISA company and got the money refunded. A few days ago I tied to order something and it would not go through, after 30 minutes on phone with customer service they said I was blocked from purchasing anything because of the claim that was their mistake!! WTF!!
