I have ordered a bracelet for my mom as a Christmas present then to find out that 2 weeks later that bracelet turned a different colour even though it was worn for a week and then keep safe. It was really disappointed especially when I’ve been trying to reach out to them through their email and explain and they had the nerve to drag me along and stop replying. After this of course I was more than disappointed and asked for a refund and till this day they aired me. This is really unacceptable as this is my right as a customer especially when they specify of their websites that their products have a 2 year warranty. Pandora is a well trusted company but after this..I doubt. This company has been claiming their products are legit this is violating the Consumer Protection Act , The Trade Descriptions Act.
