Beyond disappointed in the service provided. After receiving the wrong item not once but twice I decided to not risk getting the wrong item a third time and asked for a refund. I was advised it could take 7 to 10 days. When I followed up on the 11 day. They advised there was an error with the refund and I would have to wait an additional 3-10 days.
