I bought a ring in store and not even two weeks later, the item had already gotten bent despite the fact that I had done nothing out of the ordinary. I called the warranty number and was told that they would send a new one and that I would receive it in seven to fourteen business days. I was also given a return label so I could send my damaged item back which is exactly what I did. It’s been way past fourteen days and in addition to this, since received a confirmation email that the package containing my damaged item was received. Yet, still have not received the replacement so I suppose that’s a hundred dollars lost. Tried calling costumer service but they were unable to give me much information so I guess all I can do now is hope my replacement shows up and I wasn’t just scammed by this joke of a company. Do not buy from Pandora. Their poor quality products are rivalled only by their even poorer costumer service.
