I have purchased a long necklace with pendant and added numerous charms cannot tell you how disappointed with this item as the pendant kept coming undone and lost most of the charms but one, gutted spend a lot of money on the item some of the charms sentimental, have bought lots of Pandora over 12 years never had any problems think they need to check the manufacture of this item
