Before sharing my story I have been a Pendora customer for over 10 years and in 3 different countries, where I interacted with stores only! And this was my first interaction with the online plateform, which is unacceptable at all... I was placing an online order for $400++ for 6 items, from which 3 items ( a Bracelet & 2 Charms) as first gift , 1 item a second gift and last two items for me. Noting that I have purchased 2 gift package (each for $1) within the order. The whole order was on an expedited shipment (around $17) My requst to the customer service representative was so simple, I want 2 gift receipts for each gift. The answer was I have to buy gift box for each item to receive a gift recieipt and more each gift has to be in a separte shippment. Moreover I was asked me questions to verify my previous online purchases and when I said in store only, the assosicate appologied that she can't do anything more!!! For such a big chain to jave this level of customer service and poor online service, I believe the management has to reconsider their way of handeling the business. FYI: I went to the store and bought all the items I wanted and received the gift package and gift receipt for free!!
