I do not recommend online ordering waiting in the line is worth it.
I placed two different orders one for my wife and one for my mother in law. I called about 20 minutes after placing the order when I realized they were shipping my wife’s charm to the wrong address which automatically pasted from my Apple Pay. This was my oversight. However when I called to update the address they advised the cannot make any adjustments after 3 minutes have passed once the order is placed and that I would have to call the delivery carrier. I called UPS and they stated only the sender can update the address. I called pandora back and they stated they cannot cancel and order but that I can return it once it is received which is impossible du the order being shipped to the wrong address. As for my mother in laws order the bracelet I ordered did not show out of stock when the order was placed however 2 days after placing the order the bracelet was cancelled and now only the charms are being mailed. What is she going to do with just the charms? The representative stated the charms can be returned once they are received and I cannot cancel the order. I will never again order online from Pandora and do not recommend anyone else to. Once the order is placed they cannot cancel, exchange or refund.
