I ordered online for a charm, picked the charm up at the local Pandora at Coquitlam Shopping Mall. The charm went on sale a few days later, I returned the charm to the store but was informed that even though it was from the store's inventory, I must send the charm back via Canada Post with tracking. The charm was received per the tracking information and 25 days later have not received any credit or a message from Pandora. I have contacted Pandora 3 times now with no satisfaction.
Never order online, they will not respond to any queries. I am still awaiting a refund.
Horrible customer service, my 1st call the rep. gave me a bogus ref #, the second call the rep hung up. Finally the 3rd rep gave me a ref #, but this didn't help either.
