I bought the Pandora bracelet for my daughter in USA in January 2022, I live in Argentina. In June I start with the claims for quality of the piece. In Argentina they tell me that I have to solve it in the country of purchase. I do not understand how an international brand that has representation in the country does not take care of warranty issues regardless of where it has been purchased. This process takes months. They ask me to take the bracelet to the USA (impossible!!!). I just returned from MAdrid, where jewelry has a 3 year warranty!!!. How can it be that they do not take charge of the issues anywhere in the world where the brand is. So it is impossible to continue buying this type of jewelry where they promise guarantee but at the time of needing it can not be executed.
It has been 1 year since the purchase and without resolving the issue. I believe that the issues are delayed so that the guarantee period expires.
