During Black Friday 2023 I purchased 1 bracelet and 3 charms through Pandora online, and on the date scheduled for me to receive my product, it was delivered to the wrong address by UPS. I filed a claim right away and called Pandora the same day talking about the incident, they told me to wait for a response from UPS to find out if the merchandise was really lost, if so, they would send me my products again.
Days later I checked the status of my claim and the products were actually lost and I went after my rights. I sent 2 emails to Pandora and didn't get a response, after 2 days without a response I called costumer services and they told me they would refund the amount and give me 15% off on my next purchase. WHAT DOES NOT MAKE SENSE!! because they said that in the worst case scenario they would send my merchandise again! and the amount returned I can't even buy a single bracelet. Terrible organization, the attendant didn't know what to do or how to help. and I was left at a loss because of them and they weren't even able to reimburse me fairly. DO NOT BUY AT PANDORA.
