Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I purchased earrings and within 45 days, 1 broke. Went back to the store and was told I had to call for repair or replacement. I purchased the coverage insurance. 2 months later and still unable to reach customer service for help. Each call, I'm put on a never ending hold. I have purchased a lot of merchandise from this company and spent thousands of dollars. They just lost a great customer. I will never patron another Pandora store and I have posted same on Facebook. My friends are shocked and saddened to learn this. So appears they may lose more customers.
