They don't honor sale/gifts. I ordered 3 charms yesterday during a sale and the items claimed to be in stock. Today I work up to and email saying the "free" gift was cancelled it the rest of the order is fine. I called to see if there was a different store I could pick up the item that was cancelled or choose another the answer was no. They couldn't do anything. How is that customer service?? Can't change the item or the store I choose to pick it up? I than ask to cancel the order and they said they can't I would have to wait for it to be shipped out and return it. I'm totally done with Pandora and closing my credit card with them.
