Unfortunately I’ve just had a really bad customer service experience with Pandora.
I placed an order guaranteed delivery for Valentine’s Day. The order never came.
When I called to enquire my order I was told yes I can see it’s got lost but I can’t replace it.
I’ll have to refund the order. This ment I would have to replace the order on line and lose out on the offer I had before (free item with so much spent) so I expressed my annoyance with this and asked could they not just replace my original order please. His response was for me to do it myself then call back (another 30mins unneeded phone call) for him to add the item onto my order (apparently he can do this but he can’t just issue the order again).
Again not being happy with this I asked to speak to a manager.
9 days and 3 Emails later I got a call. No better response, they can’t replace only refund. Valentines long gone now so it seems pointless.
I wouldn’t have been so annoyed if this was dealt with appropriately, however both employees I spoke to were unhelpful. No happy resolution made.
