I visited the pandora store in Bristol yesterday. I was served by a lovely kind and patient store assistant. I bought several items, including a ring and an engraved charm. The assistant was called Anna and they said they had only just started in the store. Only being there for a couple of days.
As a retired pandora assistant from Yeovil, I understood the pressures and expected hoops you have to jump through on a daily basis.
Anna was exceptional under the pressure of a busy store with out much backup from other staff. I say this as the other staff were serving and there were plenty of people looking around browsing needing attention.
At no point did Anna do the hard sell and look great care ensuring I was happy with my purchase.
I hope Pandora looks after this lovely lady.
