Sent a parcel with them on 18 September. On 5th October, I contacted them to ask confirmation that it had been delivered as it was clothes to return to a retailer for me to get a refund. They pulled out of the online chat saying they were having issues then sent me an email to say they were were on the case. On 8th October, there was no update and they said they were still enquiring. On 13th October, the same. On 25th October, I raised significant concerns on the online chat. They again opened an enquiry saying this would last 7 days - it had already been 20 days. Now it's been 23 days and STILL no response. Will they ever find my parcel? Do I just have to accept that I can no longer have my £233 refund for my clothes which I returned? They've lost my package and despite trying to talk to them about this for weeks, there's no resolution and no communication! P2G78162404
