This is without a shadow of doubt the worst parcel service ever. They have failed me on 3 or 4 occasions resulting in my customers being disappointed. Stay clear and work direct with reliable parcel couriers

Big scammer !! They purposely make a super trader and make us all invest in it, and then he goes trade on GBD to raise during the last minute of 2023 Britain election day! Isn't very obvious?!!! Even a not professional trader won't make such a mistake! And lost 90% of all our investment..... All thanks to Mr" BENITO GABRIEL "". He was the one who helped me recovered all my lost including my profit, Please do not invest using this platform again if you don't wanna be the next scam victim and also kindly reach out to Mr BENITO GABRIEL for recovering lost funds if you are a victim of scam..... I sent a parcel abroad using FedEx services purchased through Parcel2Go. The parcel was held in Customs, but I only discovered this through diligent tracking, as I wasn’t notified directly. I contacted both Customs and the courier multiple times, but despite my efforts, the parcel was eventually marked for return. I repeatedly asked what needed to be done to release the parcel for delivery but received vague responses and no clear instructions. One email I received provided no specific guidance, and when I sought clarification, I got no reply. Although I was promised someone would contact me within 1–2 days, this never happened. At one point, I was assured the parcel wouldn’t be returned immediately as they gathered more information from the depot despite its return being marked. However, when I followed up again, I was informed the return process was already underway and irreversible. Now, I don’t know when—or if—the parcel will safely return to me. To complicate matters, I had insured the parcel but not for its full value, which might prove to be a costly oversight. UPDATE: FedEx has stated that the parcel was “refused,” but this was never the case. There was only a request for a detailed breakdown of the fees, which has still not been provided. When the parcel arrived at Stansted, it was mistakenly treated as a fresh import instead of being marked as a returned parcel from Slovakia. As a result, it was placed in the over-goods warehouse. I was told instructions were required to avoid disposal, even though I had already provided these instructions multiple times. To make matters worse, I am now being charged duties, taxes, and fees on the returned parcel, which seems unjustified given that it is not a fresh import. While the billing department is supposedly reviewing the issue, they require up to 10 days, during which the parcel risks being abandoned. This experience has been deeply frustrating, marked by poor communication, incorrect handling of the parcel, and unjustified charges.

This is a really terrible and dishonest company. Their support team was unable to help me with my withdrawal, and they wanted me to pay for liquidation. It felt like a scam, but COVSECLTD.COM came through and got my investment and profits back in just a few days.

My experience with P2Go/Parcelforce. I sent a guitar, in a Gibson cardboard box, measuring 117cm x 44cm x 19cm and weighing 9.63 Kg using P2Go/Parcelforce. The parcel was collected on time and promptly delivered (as usual). They have now come back saying that the parcel was actually 199cm x 111 x 25cm (the size of a normal house front door almost a foot thick?!) and I owe them £64. The thing is, you cant even enter these measurements on the P2Go site, it says they're too big. I replied nicely to their first email, told them it was a mistake, and to please fix it, only for them to come back with a request for photographic evidence of the parcel size (Not sure that their T&C's require this?) and insisting I pay. I've told them they wont get a penny and if they keep on trying to extort money from me on false pretenses I'll take them to court and go to the national press. As usual its impossible to contact anyone at P2GO by phone, I usually find that leaving a bad review here will get a response.

A useless logistics reseller that has little to zero communication with the very logistic companies it's selling the service of. Had a DPD dropoff parcel fall uncollected. Spoke to the drop off center and was told DPD were seemingly just not collecting from them and probably wouldn't any time soon. They advised me to speak to DPD to get a "release code" so the drop off shop could release the parcel back to me. Rang DPD and was directed to Parcel2Go. Parcel2go seemingly had no ability to communicate with DPD, didn't seem to understand the situation and told me to contact DPD for the code?! They had no way to produce the code themselves and told me I would need to wait 2 days for a response with the hope of a code and no guarantees, just to release my own belongings back to myself. The only way to communicate is through their very slow site chat facility where they're very quick to hide behind the terms and conditions. At the stage I was at, the terms and conditions they kept quoting really didn't seem relevant, I just wanted my parcel released back to myself and they just kept banging on about the fact they have no guaranteed timeframes on shipments?! Ultimately, I was able to find an alternative number for DPD and bypassed Parcel2Go(Nowhere), waste of time and had the parcel collected and delivered the next day. This seems like one of those companies that ticks along, probably doing ok but the minute something goes wrong, they have zero abilities to do anything and seemingly zero interest in fixing the situation other than to hide behind irrelevant terms and conditions. Avoid

Absolutely useless!! sent one parcel in October, parcel not delivered, contact UPS directly, UPS told me would return the parcel to me free of charge and refund me the postage charge. But Parcel 2 go still is asking me to pay for the return charge. Avoid this company full of fraud!

Inpost lost my parcel, apparently took it out of the locker then it vanished into thin air, took near enough a month to get to the bottom of it - deem it lost, only for Inpost to hide behind Parcel2go the whole time, who themselves were about as useful as a chocolate fireguard. Do yourself a favour and use UPS or someone you trust, not third parties like Parcel2go or Inpost. ParcelForce also use Parcel2go as an agent, who basically run their website, don't put any money into the pockets of these cowboys. Their terms and conditions/prohibited items list are so draconian the insurance is basically a con as well. 1 star is far too complementary. I've lost £120 through using there 'service'. Also, final point, I could only email them once they replied to a bad review on trustpilot! So basically, that is all they care about!

Absolutely useless set of people! You don't deserve 1 star!! I sent a parcel to the US since 19th October and it has not being delivered. They have repeatedly offered me an insulting amount as compensation which I have repeatedly declined. I just want my parcel delivered you bastards!

Delivery time was completely fake. Told me 2-3 working days, 5 working days later, we’re still waiting. I dropped off my parcel at 8am on Monday morning, it wasn’t collected until 5pm on Tuesday evening. At that point I realised there was no way that my daughter works received her parcel in time for her birthday. Rubbish service. Very disappointing. Will not use again.

They lost my package on return and treated this issue as a normal thing. Instead of tracking my package, after 2 months, they sent me an email saying they will refund my payment for their service. It's a total joke of a company, they probably hire random people who open packages and take wathever they want, and that because there are no repercussions. I don’t understand how after 2 months they couldn’t find a package that had wrote on all sides of it my address and name. Is imposible to have 100 boxes written with glowing colours the address of the sender

I sent 3 small parcels with them recently and 2 out of 3 are claimed to be overweight by 150g! I have keyed in extra 500g for each parcel and yet this claim. Something is serious not right with this company.

People don't use them. They are scammers! The delivery dates they say are not real. They take much longer. I moved from the UK to Italy and I decided to use them. It took much longer than expected and some of my items got stolen. I pay £200 extra to insure £1000 of my items, even with that they decide not to give me money back. Please don't use them for such a bad service. Also, the customer service is terrible, very slow, and it is impossible to speak with anyone.

Beware! I used Parcel2Go to ship two parcels internationally, and they failed to deliver them, sending them back to an address I no longer live at—without my consent! Repeated attempts to resolve the issue were ignored, with customer service agents even ending chats abruptly. My items, valued at £2000, ended up with a stranger. No compensation, no refund, and now they won’t even respond to my complaint. This is unacceptable. Unless they resolve this immediately, I’ll be taking legal action and reporting them to Trading Standards. Save yourself the stress and avoid Parcel2Go.

I sent a parcel a few weeks ago which never arrived and presumed lost. How can a parcel go missing that is scanned on its journey!! I opened an enquiry and part of the form was pre-filled with a value of £2 which I couldn’t change. I messaged on live chat straight after to let them know. They said I would get £2 for a lost parcel! I paid £40 for the item originally and sold for £25. I sent all the evidence they asked for including proof of value (stating £25) I got offered £2! I declined this as it’s an insult THEY LOST my parcel valued at £25, I then got another offer of £2! So they can do what they like with parcels and pay £2 for doing this! Absolutely disgusting!! AVOID
