Absolutely useless set of people! You don't deserve 1 star!! I sent a parcel to the US since 19th October and it has not being delivered. They have repeatedly offered me an insulting amount as compensation which I have repeatedly declined. I just want my parcel delivered you bastards!

Parcel lost , it weighed 30kg and was out for delivery when it disappeared, that was 2 months ago and despite being fully insured no refund yet.

Delivery time was completely fake. Told me 2-3 working days, 5 working days later, we’re still waiting. I dropped off my parcel at 8am on Monday morning, it wasn’t collected until 5pm on Tuesday evening. At that point I realised there was no way that my daughter works received her parcel in time for her birthday. Rubbish service. Very disappointing. Will not use again.

They lost my package on return and treated this issue as a normal thing. Instead of tracking my package, after 2 months, they sent me an email saying they will refund my payment for their service. It's a total joke of a company, they probably hire random people who open packages and take wathever they want, and that because there are no repercussions. I don’t understand how after 2 months they couldn’t find a package that had wrote on all sides of it my address and name. Is imposible to have 100 boxes written with glowing colours the address of the sender

I sent 3 small parcels with them recently and 2 out of 3 are claimed to be overweight by 150g! I have keyed in extra 500g for each parcel and yet this claim. Something is serious not right with this company.

People don't use them. They are scammers! The delivery dates they say are not real. They take much longer. I moved from the UK to Italy and I decided to use them. It took much longer than expected and some of my items got stolen. I pay £200 extra to insure £1000 of my items, even with that they decide not to give me money back. Please don't use them for such a bad service. Also, the customer service is terrible, very slow, and it is impossible to speak with anyone.

Beware! I used Parcel2Go to ship two parcels internationally, and they failed to deliver them, sending them back to an address I no longer live at—without my consent! Repeated attempts to resolve the issue were ignored, with customer service agents even ending chats abruptly. My items, valued at £2000, ended up with a stranger. No compensation, no refund, and now they won’t even respond to my complaint. This is unacceptable. Unless they resolve this immediately, I’ll be taking legal action and reporting them to Trading Standards. Save yourself the stress and avoid Parcel2Go.

I sent a parcel a few weeks ago which never arrived and presumed lost. How can a parcel go missing that is scanned on its journey!! I opened an enquiry and part of the form was pre-filled with a value of £2 which I couldn’t change. I messaged on live chat straight after to let them know. They said I would get £2 for a lost parcel! I paid £40 for the item originally and sold for £25. I sent all the evidence they asked for including proof of value (stating £25) I got offered £2! I declined this as it’s an insult THEY LOST my parcel valued at £25, I then got another offer of £2! So they can do what they like with parcels and pay £2 for doing this! Absolutely disgusting!! Absolutely useless!! Booked a collection for 1 October. I got a text saying collection unsuccessful even though I was working outside my front door when the courier said they had come. So I rebooked the collection for the 4 October. Again, nobody collects my parcel. I send DX Express a message directly and they told me NO BOOKING for the recollection was on their system. So clearly a Parcel2 go issue. Then I rebook again for 8 October. I have no confirmation from Parcel2go that it has been rebooked, the online chat people are polite but have no access to any information and cannot call couriers. They have to send it through to another department and it can take 1 - 2 working days for an answer. So in effect, I have been waiting for 8 days for a collection and it still hasn't been collected. Parcel2go offer ZERO Value to any courier transaction. It's simply a website where they work as a middle man. Completely useless and possibly the worst customer support I've ever known where online chat agents are completely helpless with no authority or access to courier companies to double check collections will be taking place.

one star is more than generous. paid extra for protection on a parcel to keep getting it rejected. I have used this for hundreds of parcel and spend hundreds of pounds. never ever buying postage from this company again! PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

They lost my large parcel I sent end of August 2024 I am still waiting for my refund. Sent many emails to support and complaints hopless company to deal with. The small parcel on top of the large box as seen in the photo was sent to the same address by Royal mail and was received on time.

After 3 months of sending 17 parcels with them, only 4 of them were delivered. 7 of them were returned back completely destroyed and 6 of them are still missing, and they are unable to provide any information about the missing parcels and take responsibility for the damaged ones! I even paid additionally for the extra insurance. They justify themselves with a forbidden product list where all possible items are included. The list is actually from Parcel2go and not from the forwarder that do allow our item category to be shipped. I have opened already 5 claims to them and they always reject them. Therefore, it is just an excuse to not pay for the negligence of the forwarders. Send us back our goods and pay for the damages!

Do not use those unprofessional cheap portals. I ship parcels on the monthly basis also internationally and this is the worst service I ever experienced! shipped a simple parcel to London and the receiver address was simple to find. The driver did not bother delivering simply because the flat number was missing BUT there is only 1 flat at the address i have shipped! total cowboys now trying to deny my refund! go straight to the larger couriers websites such as UPS and DHL, dont use those portals!

There should be a Zero-Star option reserved for this company. They are the biggest rip off merchants since Dick Turpin. They will take your money, promise the world and (literally) deliver NOTHING! I’d rather pay double than ever use this SCAM OUTFIT ever again. PLEASE BOYCOTT THESE CHARLATANS! It’s the only way these thief companies will ever be held to account. Robbing people of their hard earned money gets normal people a prison sentence. Why should fat cat CEO’s be any different? DO NOT USE THIS DISHONEST COMPANY!

I paid for a parcel to be sent to a customer. I paid for next day morning delivery. 3 days later it hasn’t been delivered. This is the 3rd time this has happened.
