Due to their error and not sending a customs label the parcel cannot be delivered and is where no one knows? therefore I have lost money but they will not apologise or accept responsibility. They will not refund postage even though I paid more incase parcel did not arrive to be covered. They just say it is out of their hands.
It feels like they have stolen from me and reading other people's reviews online I am not the only one. I hope someone takes them to a small claims court.
