My parcel booked on Parcel2go website and sent through Hermes, was open, the content stolen, then re-sealed and delivered.
I complained to Parcel2go and Hermes.
Hermes blamed the receptionist at the delivery address.
The receptionist and the recipient blamed Hermes.
The matter of fact is that I was deprived of an item worth £47.50, Hermes referred me to their business associates, the recipient and the receptionist washed their hands off it.
So I searched online: "Hermes stolen content" and found that by pure coincidence, many people are in my same situation.
I trust that the poor guys at Hermes are the victims of a conspiracy by customers.
Parcel2go sided with Hermes and washed their hand off this criminal act.
I reported the matter to the Metropolitan Constabulary and so should you if your parcel is stolen.
Anyhow, post office is only 30p more for a parcel, so I will use them from now on to avoid being part of the conspiracy.
In any case, poor response from Parcel2go and Hermes.
