Nicola was very helpful, clear and courteous. We have had almost spotless service from Parcel2Go for many years, delivering boxes nationally and internationally to Europe.
Today, bar very minor issues with altering an address on a label (she kept getting it slightly wrong but this may have been miscommunication on my part), the service was good as usual.
