Terrible company when things go wrong they don't want to know.
I sent an expensive monitor but the item got stolen by Hermes and parcel2go took 2 weeks to say i can have a £20 refund despite the postage to them costing £31 for the label and the item value itself.
I declined their offer, and they said they would have another look at it in two weeks, it's been 2 weeks now and not heard a thing. It's disgusting how they treat their customers.
