VOID terrible customer service
AVOID I sent parcel 8.12. Courier in Poland had trouble with reading address from printed label and said address is wrong. I noticed that straight away on tracking, contacted parcel2go to solve issue. 4 chats, every time I was reassured they contacted dpd and waiting for an answer... I contacted dpd myself to hear there was no email from parcel2go and my parcel is on the way back and is too late to do anything.And you know what? Parcel2go is still waiting for an update from dpd. In case of any trouble you will be left without help with web chat with people who don’t know how to email or make a phone call. And now they are blaming Covid and problems on borders which just started AVOID
