Super disappointed from this company and the lack of customer service.
I booked a pick up and delivery of 4 parcels to Italy on the 15th December.
I paid for a 7 days delivery hoping at least to have them delivered before the end of the year due Covid-19 I can understand some delays might incur. However, I didn't have any information or any updates form the company regarding the status of my boxes until I have started to write complains online. Currently, the status of the parcels is that one of them is blocked in Florence since 30th Dec and I learned this only yesterday. 2 have been delivered just yesterday (since the 15th dec) and one has been lost with no information at all (P2G82765504).
The company keep sending me useless apologetic emails but without any results and I am very frustrated for the whole situation. I definitely will never use the service again!
