Delivery reported on 31st Dec. Eventually delivered 5th Jan, but package damaged and contents broken. No reply to non-delivery report (via online form) as yet (7th Jan), and unable to update it. So using chat line as only apparent option. Long queue...
Chat line asks for reference before starting but does not display it to chat agent.
Agent has updated online form so I can submit a claim, but form is not convenient.
So far, so bad.
Other companies e-mail progress and also provide full details of courier so you can track directly if need be; not these people
This was my first trial. There will not be another.
