Parcel2Go is a shambles of a company. It is incredibly bureaucratic. It is impossible to actually talk to anyone in Customer Services. It is all done through emails and endless forms. And the time it takes for Parcel2Go to reply.
The CEO is James Greenbury but customers will never see or hear from him. He must be just a cardboard cut out who must live like a hermit in the bowels of Parcel2Go premises. If you do spot him you get bonus points. He certainly doesn't reply to any emails.
