I'm still awaity a parcel that was sent on 4th December 2020. The collection courier pre-marked the item delayed before it got to the depot to be sorted and sent to me. According to the tracking, it is still at the depot. Im unable to enquire further as I was not the sender.
Thankfully the sender sent another parcel wiia different courier, which i got in two days. I feel sorry for the sender who has lost out.
