Sent 4 parcels to Spain for Christmas on 3/12/20 Two delivered on time, one a fortnight late, the fourth never delivered. I have tried a number of times to get insurance value which I took on all four parcels. I have been continually fobbed off by Parcel 2 go who claim the parcel was returned to myself 30/12/20. After writing a review on Trust Pilot I was contacted by a Naseem Alahi from P2G asking I wait 1-2 weeks which I did. When I contacted Mr Alahi on 8/2/21 there was conveniently no reply. Seems to me that the company is using delaying tactics in the hope that you give up the case. Next step Citizens Advice.
