they will allow you to insure anything but if you lost they will simply say it is prohibited item and you should know it. Sametime they will not taking any responsibility on lost parcel and pass it to courier service, but we naver deal with courier and they will not answer your problem at all.
Claim department have no any responsibility when they handling the claims they never check your case carfuly and will give some silly answer and try to make you fed up with your claim untill you give up
Don't trust this service, go to the courier directly. If you have problem you can talk to them to find a solutions.
